Piltown Does the Oskars
Lights, camera, action…filming has begun! The movies shot last weekend were Sister Act, Forrest Gump, Veronica Guerin and The General.  The cameras are back in Piltown this weekend for the filming of A Few Good Women, Walking Ned and Mrs Doubtfire.  All movies are filmed at various locations around the Parish.  Best of Luck to everyone! Tickets for the event which will take place on Saturday, 14th March in the Lyrath Hotel, Kilkenny are now on sale at Centra. Cost - €25.

Clothing Collection
Donate your unwanted clobber to help ‘A Few Good Women’ raise money for the Pil River Park and our three schools.
We can accept: Clean, Dry, Reusable Clothes, Paired shoes, Handbags & Belts, Curtains and Bedding.  We cannot accept: Pillows or Duvets
Place your clobber in a bin bag, tie securely and drop to Piltown N.S., Owning N.S. or Templeorum N.S. before Monday, 9th March.

Social Dance Classes
Social dance classes (Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot) take place every Thursday night in the Carraig Hotel from 7:30pm-9pm. Classes are fun, social, Healthy & relaxing.  All are welcome.

G.A.A. Complex
Dancing takes place in the G.A.A. Complex every Sunday night from 9.30p.m. to 12.00a.m.  All are welcome.
