October – Month of the Holy Rosary
The Pope is asking Catholics around the world to pray the rosary every day during the month of October and is requesting the following prayers to be added:
"Sub Tuum Praesidium"
We fly to Thy patronage, O holy Mother of God; despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen.
"Prayer To Saint Michael the Archangel"
Saint Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our defence against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and the other evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
